Refund policy

Because ice is a perishable product, please check your order when it is delivered.

Problems at delivery: If any item is damaged, melted, missing or incorrect, tell our delivery rider or contact us at the time of delivery. We will replace the affected items at no extra cost.

Returns: We cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered and accepted, as ice cannot be resold.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by calling or messaging us.
